Refund & Return Policy

At Zynore, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Products without original packaging

Refunds

After inspection of the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchange

Products with manufacturing defects or incorrect items may be exchanged based on availability.
